Ana Rădulescu is the initiator of the professional supervision of the social services staff, a program launched in 2014 in Romania by the Center for Training and Skill Development in Social Care – CFCECAS .
She has been involved in social services development in Romania for more than 20 years, and this year she is the National Rapporteur for the European EU Semester, a program which manages the social and economic politics between the European Commission and the EU member states and supervises the goal completion established within the Strategy of the European Commission Europe 2020 for an intelligent, durable and favorable development of the social inclusion.
Mrs. Rădulescu is a University Lecturer at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Care within the University of Bucharest and General Director of the Association of the Social Work Assistants in Romania / ASproAS (www.asproas.ro). She and Mr. Herbert Paulischin (the President of the CFCECAS and the General Director of the Association of the Social Work Assistants in Austria / OBDS) organize the annual Social Assistance International Day (a national event held every March and currently in its third year) and the National Social Assistance Conference (a national event that has reached its 8th year). In 2016, this conference will take place in Bucharest on July 8-10. It is an event organized by CFCECAS and ASproAS in partnership with The International Federation of the Social Work Assistants / IFSW and national and international partners.
